We provide digital service manual files instead of physical books or CDs. After completing your payment, our system automatically emails you a secure download link. You have two months to download the file. Once downloaded and saved, the manual is yours to keep permanently.

After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email containing your download link. Click the “Click here to download” button in the email to begin. If you do not receive the email within 5–10 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us at help [@] servicemanuals [dot] club.

This may occur due to an incorrect email address entered at checkout, spam filtering, or delayed payment confirmation. Please contact us with your order number and the email address used during purchase, and we will assist you promptly.

You have up to 60 days from the purchase date to download your manual. If you experience any issues accessing your file within this period, contact us and we will provide a replacement download link.

Most manuals are provided in PDF format. We recommend using Adobe Reader or any compatible PDF viewer. Once downloaded, save the file to your computer, tablet, or external storage for future access.

Some manuals are delivered as ZIP archives to reduce file size. You must extract (unzip) the files before viewing them. Most computers have built-in extraction tools. For best results, download and unzip files on a desktop or laptop rather than on a mobile device.

All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products. Once a manual has been delivered and accessed, it cannot be returned or verified for deletion, and therefore refunds are not offered.

We accept secure payments through PayPal. All transactions are encrypted, and we do not store your payment information on our servers. Our files are regularly scanned to ensure they are free from viruses and malware.
